I cannot report a violation, please help

Our brand has been infringed and another seller is selling products that are not our brand. It is on our list, but even though it is registered with the brand registry, I cannot complain about it because it is a brand registered in a country other than America. What should I do now

According to your information, unfortunately, yes, if you are reporting infringement of a registered trademark or patent, your registered trademark or patent must be registered in the country where you are reporting the infringement. Amazon does not act on intellectual property notices concerning registered trademarks, designs, or patents from countries other than the country for which takedown is requested.
