DPD collection Amazon Partnered Carrier
Hi,
I am struggling to get my shipments collected by DPD. I have email the DPD seller onboarding team but I have not had a response for over a week. Amazon is not helping in this matter either. I need my boxes collected ASAP. Can anyone please offer any advice ?. Thanks

You can just go on DPD.com and book in a parcel that way?
Might be easier while your getting it all set up, pricing will differ though, i believe you can drop off at a colelction point aswell.

I had the same problem.
Only way to book on-line is to pay again. I spoke to DPD and they didn't know anything about it. They said we could take it to the Post Office but when I said we needed it collected they said to speak to Amazon!
Amazon have set up a partnered carrier scheme but obviously the staff don't know about it and the website has not been updated.
I cancelled the shipment and reinstated it with UPS!

I already used it twice and simply add it our daily DPD prime collections

I always use the UPS partnered carrier but I still have to go to the UPS site to schedule a collection. Can this not be done with DPD ?. Maybe easier the do the UPS way.
UPS have never let me down.

Thanks for the response guys. DPD got back to me. I just have to call them and the collection is then booked.
