I know RM have issues at the moment and their website and OBA has not been functioning properly for quite some time. We have a lot of untracked 24 and 48 going back to December and none of them have a delivery confirmation on the tracking page. Not a single one.

This isn’t helpful as we have a few customers who say their parcels havent arrived. The tracking page just said “Tracking information is not available for this service”.

It did confirm delivery though when the posties scanned them. Now nothing. I have checked all the way back to December and I cannot find any that have been confirmed as delivery.

Have RM stopped this confirmation? Or is it because the website isn’t working properly?

It seems like we will have to fork out several hundred ££ in refunds because we cant confirm delivery.
