Unable to Access Product Bundles as a Secondary User

Hello,

I have been granted View and Edit access for Product Bundles as a secondary user by the primary account holder. However, when I attempt to access the Product Bundles page, I receive an error message stating that I am not authorized. The primary account holder has confirmed that my permissions are correctly assigned and that the brand is registered in Amazon Brand Registry.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Are there any additional permissions or settings that need to be enabled for a secondary user to access this feature?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi @Seller_7SNZ0iSMFB3un

Thanks for your post here!

I looked into your brands and it seems like you are connected to 2 brands.

To have virtual bundle access you must have a Brand Representative role. I see you as the admin or registered agent, but you must have the brand rep role to view access bundles.

You can check the Brand Registry selling roles for more information (under section Brand selling benefits) it is also mentioned under the Virtual product bundles help page.

Let me know if you have any questions!
