We have products that should state "Not in Scope" next to the HFSS status on the product listing, and it has been locked with an incorrect valuation of the product, stating less healthy. With this incorrect setting, it means we can run any advertising. Does anyone know how to get this locked status changed? I've been to Seller Central, and they have so far suggested I delete my product listing, wait 24 hours, and re-list it. I'm not keen on this method, as listings can be tricky to add when you're in the supplement world, so I would life to find an alternative route.
