LinkMyBooks - Settlements recording failed payments and cancelled orders
OMG! I discovered this today! LMB settlement includes failed payment and cancelled orders.
VAT has been recorded in Quickbooks. But there's no other transactions relating to the failed payment for cancelled orders. I can't possibly know which order had failed orders.
Has anyone been able to get any further info as how to resolve this?

The settlement created on LMB should be identical to the disbursement amount thus making it impossible to have the discrepancy you describe. Correct me if this isn't the case for you.
Have you spoken to LMB support about it? They've been extremely helpful every time I have needed to contact them.
