Issue: I have two variations set up for a parent. It was working for weeks but suddenly one variation disappeared a few weeks ago on Amazon UK. So customers can’t see the colour variation. However, when I go ‘manage inventory’ in seller central, both children are still shown as variations. On the other hand, when tried the wizard to amend variation, it only showed one child and not the other.

Amazon response below doesn’t make any sense to me at all. what do they mean by ‘variation dimension order value’? I have no idea where I can change this. Can anyone help please and if possible provide a screen shut as I am totally lost. Here is their response:

As I can verify the relationship between Parent ASIN B0BXTYR2D3 and child ASIN B0BXV1MZ7W could not be established because there exists another child ASIN with the same variation dimension order value as B0BXV1MZ7W.

** Please have the seller do either one of the following:**
** Correct the dimension attributes of one of both children listed in the Refusal reason in the “Child ASIN Relationship Summary” above.**

Remove one of both ASINs from the variation.

Increase the dimension of the variation theme by one (don’t forget to fill the new dimension on all children). (Example: Change the theme “SIZE_NAME/COLOR_NAME” in the previous example to “SIZE_NAME/COLOR_NAME/PATTERN”; add a pattern, e.g. “pattern: circles” to Child 1 and “pattern: squares” to Child 2.)

I have not see a relationship summary refusal!
