Manuka Essential Oil Sellers

To all of the Manuka Oil sellers that are selling actual genuine Manuka Oil, it is time we banded together to report a particularly new seller that is obviously selling counterfeit Manuka Oil (you know exactly who I am talking about).

This seller has slapped a manuka oil label on a huge bottle of tea tree oil (or something extremely inexpensive) stating that it's pure manuka and is selling it for 1:16 of the price of the rest of us. It is impossible to make a profit on the product if it was genuine.

To the sellers that are actually selling real Manuka; let's band together and get this guy out of here.

Unfortunately we often see such false product labels and descriptions.

Don't buy it yourself to leave a bad review. If you know someone without any internetic connection to you (no email, no whatsapp, no facebook, no tiktok - no nothing) - make her do that for you.

That's risky and Amazon will suspend your account if there is ANY relation between that buyer and you, since a seller is not supposed to give ratings or reviews to other sellers. So maybe your great-grandmother without social media and without interaction with you on internet?

did you do a test buy to confirm it's counterfeit?

If so, you can report this seller, if not, then you need to do a test buy.

Hello @Seller_3tJdQHJfOzceV,

Michelle at Amazon here. If you feel that another seller is selling counterfeit items, you will need to do a test buy and then report the other seller through your brand registry with the order ID and images of what you should have received and what they are listing on your ASIN. They will then review and take action if they see there is a violation.

I hope this information is helpful!
