Can I set postage myself?
Currently if someone buys more than one of my items, they are charged full postage for each so I have to do a refund.
Is there any way to set the postage to add a small amount for the 2nd and further items, so for example, £3.99 for the first item and £1 for each further item in the order?
It's possible on all the other places I sell, but I can't see how to do it here.

1 - you don't have to do a refund - if that is your postage setup, its what it is.
2 - you can do it in the way you want if you are on the Professional Selling Plan.
You need to setup a Per Item Rate Model - info on which can be found here
