Help with Premium Delivery Eligibility

Can anyone help. As far as the premium delivery chart, I should be eligible but when I speak to seller support to ask why this is not working they say the reason is I am not eligible. Speak to Amazon performance and they say I am eligible, but they cannot fix the problem, speak to seller support. Speak to seller support and they say it is not working as I am not eligible.

8 cases later over 3 days and I am going around in circles. This only started after 31st July when they changed the criteria to be more beneficial to sellers.

Does anyone know another way I can get this resolved perhaps by speaking to someone at Amazon who understands how Amazon works?

We're having issues too all of sudden (as of today, that is). They changed the requirements the past 3 days for PDE and also the time spans that they base it on. Since then things have been crooked and not working. So we lost PDE today and the stats are showing:

On-Time Delivery Rate - 100% - 19/19 orders

Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate - 0% - 0/21 orders

Valid Tracking Usage Rate (this is where it F's up) - 90.5% - 19/21 orders.

There's 2 orders there which aren't counting properly or counting when they shouldn't be. It shouldn't be out of 19 orders for the one figure and then out of 21 orders for the VTR.

I downloaded the report to find out what the 2 orders are that are causing a discrepancy have the tracking on them, AND the tracking is showing as delivered on time. They shouldn't be affecting the stats.

Amazon have also had a long delay on reaching RM to get the tracking information and I feel like them bringing the date range forward to just 3 days ago is causing PDE problems. The date range for the data as of today is from 27th to the 2nd August. I just don't think they're pulling the tracking information fast enough and stats are out.

I hope that makes sense!
