A - Z claim with Tracking/Signature/GPS scan, they still refunded the customer, what can i do ?
I shipped an order worth £150 with tracking & signature, the order arrived early and the customer opened an A - Z claim stating that they dont know where it is, even though it has the customers signature on it.
With all of this information shown the tracking/signature and GPS coordinates at his home , Amazon still refunded the customer ? What can be done about this ?
Its so frustrating that Amazon never supports its sellers.

Personally I would go straight to the MD, including all the proof of delivery - this is happening far too often, and is disgraceful in my opinion.

We are having the exact same problem. They may as well not bother the with whole A-Z claims process as it always yields the same results. Seller pays and customer get the item for free. Very occasionally Amazon will refund the order when its under £15 for "being a great seller". We lost £380 on 3 orders alone. Its beyond crazy.

this is what happens ive lost over £15000.00 due to amazon refunding customers and they have my items
something needs t be done where amazon does not refund customers who are fruading the system.

The A-Z policy says signature upon delivery yet no courier is taking signatures. Could Amazon request these integrated couriers to start taking signatures upon delivery to protect both the seller and buyer in these instances.
We also hear couriers delivering to the wrong door I have had this on a few occasions..

Amazon needs a clear-cut policy on this issue. I've had AtoZs lost with a signature and found in my favour with a signature. Why the difference? Surely if it's been signed (with supporting GPS for the address) for then that counts as a delivery and if the customer has a problem with that THEY need to be contacting the MD - or the Royal Mail fraud department.

Its a total joke ,i had an instance whereby a customer claimed she did not receive item a to z opened had all the usual tracking and even sent her a picture via amazon messaging , showing item being handed over to a gentleman who was standing at the front door ,to which she replied with sorry that is my husband ill check with him , she never replied amazon granted in customers favour...amazon dont care for sellers

This is odd, as when a customer has opened an A-Z we've won when a signature is present. If a signature is not considered enough, then every sale will be at risk for the seller.

It happens to us on a regular basis. Amazon just refunded a customer today for a £700 item they say wasn't delivered even though we have proof that DPD delivered next day.
Amazon's buyer centric business model sucks for sellers.

Lol - I so desperately want to comment about this but fear for my account if I speak.

Go the court.
This whole A-Z system is completely wrong.
We need to demand from Amazon that every time a customer complains of no receipt, they should have to sign a declaration stating they they have not reived it.
This is what i do on eBay.
If customer says not received when there is clear evidence, I make them sign a paper before i refund.
Some fall out and don't sign. And those who do sign, i send the document to the courier and usually they will refund.
If we all work together on this issue we can get it changed.
