I want to transfer my account to my UK company but the page gives an error

I have been trying to transfer my account to my UK company for about 3 weeks, but the page keeps giving errors.
I've been talking to live chat support almost every day for 3 weeks and I keep getting responses like "we'll get back to you."
This is really making me tired now.
Please can someone help

Hi,
Was this you transferring your own Ltd company, over to a new Ltd company, that you formed and own also?
I have been looking into this and asking around for future planning considerations, however I keep getting conflicted answers, and I am still confused about if one can simply move their amazon seller account from their current 'Ltd Company A' to a newly formed 'Ltd Company B' - that the individual would still be the owner of.
I see many answers pointing to a support thread (image of this below) stating 'Amazon accounts are not transferrable'. Which to me, is the direct opposite of literally what the 'Transfer Account' section is within our account,s and as per your image, is titled 'transfer account' that even describes it as 'Legal Entity Change Steps'.
Very confusing. Can anyone help please explain the difference?
