Bullet Points not showing up and no fix
Bullet points on 2 of our listings are not showing up.
This is due to Amazon stating it is due to a violation.
However, despite me raising the issue over 1 month ago, Amazon have not provided a definitive answer as to the content within the bullet points which are causing the violation.
This is now becoming frustrating.
The bullet points in question read:
Why buy Shield Health Vitamin D3 4000IU tablets?
Each serving (1 tablet) provides 4000IU of Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol.
and
Why buy Shield Health Vitamin B12 vegan 1000mcg tablets?
Each serving (1 Tablet) provides 1000mcg of Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin.
I can also confirm that 2 of our other listings containing the same information on the bullet points and these have been unaffected.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the issue hasn’t been resolved after a month, it might be worth revisiting the bullet points and making some adjustments instead of waiting for the current versions to be accepted. A proactive change could help resolve the issue more quickly. While it’s frustrating that similar texts were accepted for other listings, this doesn’t guarantee consistency across all listings. Amazon’s review process can sometimes be inconsistent due to a mix of automated systems and human oversight—different reviewers may interpret content differently.
Looking at your bullet points, a few elements might be causing the violation. The phrase "Why buy" could come across as too promotional, especially for supplements, where Amazon tends to enforce stricter guidelines due to their proximity to medical products. Additionally, specifying serving suggestions like "1 tablet" might raise concerns, as vitamin dosage can vary based on individual needs.
You might have better results with more straightforward, factual descriptions. For example, instead of "Why buy Shield Health Vitamin D3," you could simply focus on what the product contains and its concentration. Highlighting the product features without language that encourages purchase decisions may align better with Amazon’s policies.
