Does anybody have the issue with creating the coupons?

Does anybody having trouble creating the coupons?

I have been talking to the seller support over 2-3 weeks it kept giving me the error and got suppressed

"insufficent sales history"

I have been selling those items for over 5 years don't understand this error

they said the price should be lower than the 'was price" which they are! but giving the same error message..

so confusing.

I'm having he exact same issue both with Coupons and with Support. I set up a coupon and it runs for 4-5 hours just fine and allows customers to use it. Then, it will suddenly changed to suppressed. I have sent multiple requests to support along with screenshots showing exactly what is happening and all they do is respond that my ASINS don't have enough sales history - even though they are getting sales daily and the coupons ARE working at first. They have been absolutely no help and it's destroying my Mother's Day Sales. I can't lower the price either b/c then if and when the coupon glitch gets fixed, the ASINS won't qualify anymore. Either way, I cannot win. I am so upset about the lack of help and Amazon's refusal to admit there is a major glitch with these new requirements.
