Hello @Seller_L6nI58ootLb6q
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
Welcome to our forums.
Let's try to troubleshoot the problem:
Label orientation:
Make sure your printer settings are set to "Landscape" orientation rather than "Portrait".
In your browser print settings, look for an option to rotate the print 90 degrees.
Printer settings:
Double-check that your printer is set to the correct label size in its own settings menu.
Ensure you've selected the correct printer model in your computer's print dialog.
Browser settings:
Try using a different web browser to print the labels.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
PDF method:
Instead of printing directly from the web page, try downloading the labels as a PDF first, then print from the PDF viewer.
Adobe Reader often has more advanced print settings that might help.
Custom size:
In your print dialog, look for an option to set a custom paper size. Set it exactly to 2.00" x 1.25".
Scaling:
Ensure "Fit to page" or any auto-scaling option is turned off in your print settings.
Printer driver:
Check if there's an updated driver for your Pedoolo printer and install it if available.
Test print:
Try printing a test page or non-Amazon label to see if the issue is specific to Amazon's labels.
Label template:
If possible, create a custom label template in Word or another program that matches your label size, then copy and paste the Amazon SKU information into it.
Support:
If none of these work, contact Pedoolo customer support for printer-specific troubleshooting.
You can also reach out to Amazon Seller Support for guidance on label printing issues.
Hope you have a great day!
