How Is Amazon Seller Support This Bad?

So I had been selling for a few weeks on Amazon no problems. Did my first batch of FBA all perfectly fine, I had another shipment coming from China, and while in transit to the FBA warehouse, I was hit with unauthentic claims.

Now I have appealed around about 20ish times, Ive provided every document under the sun, and including stuff like manufacturer's license and business license from the Chinese provider, everything and more Amazon requested all denied.

Now here is where this gets funny, my friend had the same issue for the same product sold, but his account didn't get suspended just his listing was locked until he could prove the supply chain. He couldn't either, but my friend owns the trademark in the uk for said product, and after he got accepted for owning the brand registration on amazon his Listing/Stock was unlocked.

The same friend has given me an authorization letter to sell the trademark/Brand with amazon he owns but yet they will not unsuspend my account due to not being able to verify the Invoices because apparently, they cant verify the Chinese company ( Although its the same place my friend buy his stock from ). I find this massively ridiculous.

So ive opted for Amazon mediation its been well over a month and not heard anything. 90 days have passed and Amazon has informed me that they will destroy my products if I do not appeal, but im waiting for the Mediation, and they're not responding back to my emails

Ive even appealed for my funds to be released, did the live video call showed my ID, uploaded my documents for the business with HMRC, and they asked for me to prove the supply chain, yes the one i couldnt prove the first 20 times, And even worse on this appeal It would only let me upload one single document for said Approving the supply chain. Ive been declined, shock, the response I got was

I'd love to help clarify a few things about the brand listing. Sometimes products can accidentally get mapped to incorrect brand names, or the images of the product will be displaying some brands involvement which might raise authentication questions.

Would you mind sharing your specific concerns about the brand listing or the ASIN which got impacted? This will help me ensure everything is properly updated.
