This is NOT Amazon support, but just a forum of other sellers. None of us can do anything to resolve your cases. You could try to ask them to escalate to a manager or more senior person.
We have about 40+ support cases open at the moment and there has been no response from any of them today.
The chat and phone aren't available either so they must be on a training day or something.
