Report an unauthorized sellers
I am the brand owner, I have not allowed anyone other than my account to sell my products. There are many other unauthorized sellers on my listing. What can I do in this situation and how can? Amazon help me. My brand register and USPTO trademark register is approved. How do we stop unauthorized sellers from latching on to our listings? All of our ASINS are exclusive to our brand. Do I need a test buy? or why I need. Because my USPTO trademark is approved.

In regards your inquiry, you can create an infringement claim or report a violation. You will need to make sure, you have added trademarks registered in the country of the selected Amazon store (e.g., com, co.uk., etc.). Please note that Amazon is an open marketplace. Rights holder authorization is not required to sell on Amazon, and we do not intervene in related contractual disputes.
