Steps to take to Properly close seller account ?
Hi I am looking to stop selling on Amazon and close my account permanently. I am just selling the last units of stock and then will close the company and business entirely. I see loads of people having issues regarding account closure on this forum, stuff like reactivating an account to properly close it ?
what do I need to do to make sure its as smooth as it can be ? for the record all stock is FBA and I only sell in UK.

As long as your account is active and not been deactivated then, as far as i know, closing the account should be simple. The problems only arise if the account has been deactivated. If you are a limited company then I presume you will need to do that properly, but cannot advise on that personally, as I'm not ltd.

You need to wait 90 days from your last sale, have all stock removed from FBA and a zero balance. Then you can just use the close account process in your account settings.
