Created amazon individual account but still signed up as professional and got charged professional fee as well why?

I have created a new seller account and I signed up through individual seller account link and not a professional one but today when verification and reviews are completed I was charged a 39.99$ professional fee.
Is there any way to get this refunded. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
Will Amazon charge me for being a professional on Amazon MX? When I am an individual seller on amazon.com? I don’t even know how I even signed up for Amazon MX.

Go on top an click “Discussions”, put the filters on the left on «Recommended” and “Past year”, then write “downgrade to individual” or "39.99" in the search bar on top and read the countless threads.
