Dedicated account managers dont exist... unless you're on a programme where you pay amazon a fortune... dont even know if it still exists

If you think you're not paying enough fees to Amazon, then maybe the account management scheme is for you.
I've heard, mostly, terrible things about the service. Have a search on the forums.

Unless you are completely inexperienced in ecommerce & selling on Amazon i'd recommend avoiding any of the paid account management services they offer. They are unable to bypass seller support and generally have no ability to do anything you can't do yourself.
