Unable to amend TITLE of PARENT Asin (of my own branded product)

Hi All - hoping someone can help. I have a simple Parent and Child (x2) listing… I cannot seem to change the Parent title - it usually shows in the Edit box as changed, but not on the listing. Anyone ideas as to why that would be and how to fix it?

I am the only seller of the product which is branded with my own registered trade mark - which is also registered with ABR. Help appreciated!

I can’t say I know why it happens, but I’ve had it happen to us. The worst was when a term was supposed to be capitalised but for some unknown reason the system automatically converted to lower case. Had to give up on that one as it was impossible to get brand registry to understand.

I’d advise you to open a case through Brand Registry, but they’ll likely tell you to delete the Parent, wait 48 hours, then use File Upload to correct it. That seems to be the only thing they know to say.

thanks both - I may have to try seller support then (as I have tried amending on the child ASINs Neil, but it does not stick and they just take the title from the Parent ASIN each time…which as I say won’t take any amendments. Crazy really as I want to optimize the title but can’t at the moment (via either child or parent EDIT!). I’m really wary now of the “delete and upload again” option since I have lost 2 asins this way already as they ceased to exist in the Amz catalogue (and so meant new ASINS which is not great for various reasons). Any other advice welcome if someone has sussed and solved it.
