Your Account Does Not Qualify

Hello, dear sellers and Amazon help team.

I have read a few threads about the problem but my problem is a bit different since I have already talked and screenshotted 2 different conversations with Amazon help saying I can sell the product without any problems if I provide the invoice. I have 2 other screenshots, one that shows I was eligible to sell if I provide an invoice and second saying Your Account Does Not Qualify. There was an information that said something about Amazon invoice with a minimum quantity of 50 products, and when I checked that information with Amazon associates they said it is okay to do it that way but now I can't even add the invoice for ungating. The problem part is I already bought 80 items to sell and add invoice for ungating. I don't think this is a right decision to do on Amazon's part. I hope someone can actually help about this because I confirmed the information with Amazon before doing anything. You can check the attached images for this thread. Thank you.

You would need to provide an invoice of at least 10 units from a valid supply chain. Amazon themselves are not a valid supply chain, so your application would likely have been declined. That said, sometimes an application does slip through and get approved.

As for the "your account does not qualify" message, have you actually registered as a business and not as someone wanting to sell their own personal items?

It is not a problem with the invoice but with requesting approval. I have a contract with authorized distributors for some brands as well and yet I am not even able to request approval for those brands either. So the problem is I can't add invoice to request approval.
