Handmade Not Showing up Attribute in New Listing Process
Has anyone successfully listed a handmade product using the new 'Handmade New Listing Experience'? I have a new product to list, so I thought I would give it a try. The Handmade attribute shown in their documentation does not exist on the product details screen (or anywhere else I can identify). I've gone three rounds with support so far to try and show them exactly what I'm seeing (or not seeing) and they just keep providing the same exact instructions without answering why it doesn't appear on my view. I just tried again with another blank form and it isn't there (the form also looks different that what is in Amazon's documentation with additional fields such as model number, model name. Very frustrating that I can't even get support to read/look at what I'm sending.

Reread and then reread the email and answered my own question. It is not yet live. Ironically service doesn't seem to know that. The first response I received was there was no 'handmade' attribute and you just had to list it as a feature. Second time, literally sent me the 'how to' that was provided in the email and said it should be there. I read their email as it was there now (and to try using) and would be required in 4th quarter.
