I am personally linked to a suspended seller account, will joining another sellers account affect their account?

I am looking to join in on a partners Amazon seller central account. Will their seller account be caught up in my personal suspension?

Thanks

Sam

When you say 'joining' another seller's account, do you mean as a secondary user ?

I would not want to say for sure, but If there are any matching details then I am pretty sure it will.

Why is your account suspended ?, or what is the link if it's not your own account ?

You may well be linked to the other Amazon seller.

If you are created as a secondary user then Amazon may want to verify you and that could link you that way. If you log in from the same device as the suspended account then that could link you as well.

I would make sure your partner is well aware of your suspension and the risks it could give to their account before you start working with them.

I think the safest course of action is to resolve the issues with the suspended account or else you're putting your partners at risk

yes, Amazon links accounts to households, addresses, internet connection etc
