Is the message in your performance notifications on Seller Central. Does you account show as inactive in account health?
Has your account been idle for a long time? If so it could well have been made inactive for non use.
I would check in seller central to see if you can back up the email contents.
By the way you left your email address on the original image you may want to change the image to remove your email.

Personally I think this is possibly a phishing email. I have never known them to say "your account is inactive, yet your listings remain active and disbursements continue to happen ". Why would they be asking you to verify your identity and reactivate your selling account ? - EXCEPT, as above reply, that your account has been inactive for a while, and that is what it says in the email - 'extended period of inactivity' - is that correct ?

Looks genuine to me as the email its from is a genuine amazon email address. You should know for usre by going into the performance notifications.
