Printing 4 labels on one A4 sheet in bulk shipping
Hi there,
I print my own shipping labels as sell on handmade@Amazon and all my items are personalised. I currently retype all my addresses into Royal Mail click and drop and use their interface simply because I can’t print 4 Royal Mail labels onto a single A4 sheet in Amazon Seller Central. I use sticky printer labels.
Has anyone worked out how to do this in Seller Central? There is a small tab that says label orientation - and this is currently set as ‘default’ which prints 1 label in the top quarter of an A 4 sheet. Though I can’t work out how to change this default.
I have called and spoken to several people at Amazon but they don’t seem to know… maybe its not possible (yet?)
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks
Emma

I’ve never been able to work it out so I just cut the label sheet in half width ways which gives me 2 A5 sheets.
Then I just feed in papers to print off 1 per sheet in bulk, turn the paper around and then send it back through the printer to use the other label.

Doesn’t solve your problem, but I suggest buying a Dymo XL label printer if you do a lot of labels. It’s fantastic!

Think I’ve managed to solve this… I’ve gone into my Click and Drop account and have linked back to Amazon. so now all my orders are automatically uploaded to click and drop… I will have a go with this set up and see how it goes…

This is what I do:
- Download a 2x2 A4 label template from here: https://uk.onlinelabels.com/Templates/EU30005-template.htm in MS Word format.
- Open in Word, delete the label outlines and resave.
- When you’ve bought shipping through Amazon and the label shows up, right click and choose ‘View Image’ to get a much larger version. Save it.
- Open the label template from earlier, click in one of quarters where you want your label (handy for using partly used label sheets) and choose Insert > Image.
- Print.
