Which shipping method for VTR exemption?
I recently had my FBM listings suspended due to a low Valid Tracking Rate.
I have submitted an appeal, and have the listings reinstated, and I have been told my items are classified as exempt from the VTR metrics, but I have to select a specific shipping method when dispatching my orders.
But nobody can tell me exactly which shipping methods I need select? My items are not sent tracked, due to the low value (usually between 3-6GBP).
Anyone have any idea what method I need to select to ensure the orders are correctly marked as exempt?
Thanks.

Well how are you actually shipping them?
What courier and what service?

If you use Amazon's 'Buy Shipping' then your VTR will be fine, but that may all depend on the size and weight of your items, and as previous reply, which carrier are you using. Also, depending on the carrier, are you confirming shipment correctly ?
No seller is exempt from the VTR metric.

from what I can see most of your listings seem to be seeds going via FBA.
As a side note those listings are wrong as you don’t actually show the product the customer will receive in the primary image (ie the seeds). In theory a customer could complain they haven’t received a fully grown tomato plant.
