New Starter - Account has been deactivated - Seller Code of Conduct policies

My amazon seller account got deactivated, I don't know why?

About me (facts):

1. I am new seller

2. No product live yet, still is progress uploading my first product.

3. My brand has been registered as trademark, appliaction is pending with IPO?

4. I have GTIN exemption.

5. My brand name got approved for amazon cataloge listing.

6. Amazon seller account health is clean other than Account deactivated.

I appeal several times and got rejected everytime with same standred reply of rejection some of them only after 12 mins.

Reason of account deactivation as below.

Honestly speaking I donot know which section of policy I have voilated?

Could someone please help me resolving this. What should I do? Can I contact Seller Performance Team directly?

Sould I email them on seller-performance@amazon.co.uk?

1. There should have been an email explaing the violation.

2. If you want help from here you need to add the number of the sellar support that you got that stupid premade reply from. Then you can ask the mods for help in resolving the case.

3. Some of the usual deactivations come from. Not being where you say you are/using a virtual address/ not being regged with hmrc/ credit debit card / bank not being accepted.
