Link royal mail for seller fulfilled prime

Hello, We have a royal mail click and drop account and no one at amazon is helping us. We integrated it to amazon but nothing is coming up and amazon just arent helping us at all. all our orders are still just showing evri.

The reason im asking for help is because we use EVRI and its been a awful service and we need to change. we lose the prime badge most weeks because of them and sometimes dont even show up.

Just would love if someone could help us on linking it to amazon and let us know what to do

Have you amended shipping templates and selected RM as the carrier?

Yes - it doesnt matter what you have in your template or set as preferred carrier, if Amazon deem that that carrier will not fulfil delivery promise, it will not let you send by that method.

Amazon 'say' they have access to data which tells them the likelihood of items being delivered on time when sent from a location to a location.

But can I ask - have you asked Royal Mail to add Tracked 24 to your account? You have to do this as you can only send SFP orders by Tracked24. - so if its not been added Amazon will never allow you to send by Royal Mail.

I used to do SFP but Amazon would sometimes tell me I had to send by Evri. This despite the fact I had no account with Evri, so had no collection with them arranged, and the closest drop off to me was a 15 mile round trip - which I could not do after 4pm because then I would miss my Royal Mail collection for my other parcels.

It only happened occasionally, but even so. Things to try if it is happening to you:

  • Change your order cut-off/parcel pick up time to later in the day (say 5:30pm) then try to get your labels
  • Get your labels earlier in the day (say before 2pm) - then get again just before your cut-off time.
  • I know you say it is affecting all your orders but if it is just 1 or 2 then put those through your C&D account - as long as you do not do too many like that (I think its 3%) you will be ok

Other than those tips I am afraid there is no solution. For some reason Amazon is seeing some bottleneck at your posting location or at the location where you are sending to OR it is not seeing that you have access to the Tracked24 service.

Alternatively, you can stop doing SFP. This will allow you to reduce your prices (as you do not have to include the Tracked24 premium in the price and can send CRL48) then add in Premium delivery options where customer pays more to send Tracked24. OK you do not get the Prime badge but will that make a difference to your orders? Test it and see.
