An error message pops up when i attempt to add a product on my account

Whenever I try to add a product by typing in the ASIN an error message pops up ‘Sorry, something went wrong with this request. Please try again’. Is anyone else having this problem as well?

You don’t add the asin to a listing - you need to add the ean and amazon allocate the asin

It could be a problem with your Internet.

Try doing a hard-refresh of the page by pressing “F5” and “CTRL” at the same time.

If that doesn’t work, you could try rebooting your Router/Modem (turning it off, and back on again), and also deleting your Browsing History and Cache. The last option will depend upon your Browser (Chrome, Opera, etc). Just go a G**gle search on how to do it for your particular Browser.

Hope this helps.

Problem solved I had to relaunch my google chrome to update the cookies.
