What do I have to do??
I have tried to contact Amazon seller support 5 times this morning, The phone rings ........ but no one is home ........... only then to be asked to rate the service!!!!!
If we treated our customers in the same way our account would be closed.
So frustrating

I always find them not answering is actually less frustrating than talking to them!
