24 December 2024 Courier Working
Does anyone know if Amazon have set an early cut off Buyer Order time for 24 December 2024, as the Courier Working times now for RM seem to have altered to an early collection, which we were made aware of, BUT, we assumed DPD would still be the usual time as they did not inform otherwise until today. (DPD are not even sure now what is happening, if an early collection, or not at all).
If Prime is still up to 3pm/4pm ish, then that will cause an issue.
Case raised with SS 10645142542 who say they do not know an answer, what a surprise! - Christmas is such a surprise to happen, who would have though some planning on the part of Amazon should have taken place.
As Amazon's DPD Account, they should have come to an agreement, which we are not aware of. We assumed still until the usual time due to Prime.
Any ideas?

and despite @Roberto_Amazon's best efforts the final answer came back from the relevant team - but did not answer the original question - and they simply confirmed that they were not collecting on 24,25,26,31,01 which we already knew.
I think we need to start campaigning/badgering now to get next Christmas set with 24 and 31 added as non-operational days to avoid this problem.
in the end - we just put the entire selling account on holiday mode - which once again is not satisfactory.

Same old story every year. Amazon should provide us with a clear update and resolution.
Amazon should automatically manage the Festival cut-off times. We use Amazon Shipping and they are collecting the parcels early before the 4:30 cut off time.
