Is Amazon not displaying delivery times clearly enough? Or are customers just oblivious?
I have had a ridiculous amount of return requests either on the day of, or the day after, despatch this week, all because "item arrived too late" - when I've only just sent it, and my delivery window already stretches beyond Christmas.
Several also complained along the lines of "it said it would arrive tomorrow but now it says..." No, you just saw someone else's delivery times and assumed they applied to the cheaper sellers as well...
I've had to step selling these items completely now because I'm just losing too much money on these immediate return/refunds.
Can't Amazon make the delivery times clearer to customers when they checkout?

You can lead a horse to water...
Amazon I would say are fairly clear with delivery times given the complexities of multiple sellers.
But people simply do not read.
