I actually can't believe this - So amazon support keeps auto closing my issue without resolving, says "if we've misunderstood follow this link, which just takes me to the dashboard and I essentially have to re create a case, only for it to be auto shut down and I have to repeat the cycle. Frustrating beyond belief.

The issue:
I've been told by my product community that they are posting reviews and they are not showing up - As a new seller, reviews are so important. Can someone please help me resolve this as I've had several customers complain to me saying they want to show their support because they love the product, they've left great reviews, but they're not showing and they feel this is a problem.
