Payout keep pushing back
hello, im a new seller on Amazon and i really need some help from experience people. My payout day keep pushing back. At first i thought maybe i wasnt sell enough to get pay. Now i have some fund there, they scheduled to pay me today but i had bad feeling so i contacted them a few times just to make sure how it work. They all told me that i need to wait till today, and now the payday pushing back 2 more weeks from now. I can't request money or my disburse my fund, somehow i can’t use that. They told me someone will email me for 3 times and noone ever contact me back through email. And just earlier they told me the exact same thing again. Please help cause its so frustrating. I dont want to wait 2 more weeks and go through this again

to begin with,. if you plan to stick around, you MUST go through Amazon's seller university or you are facing suspension very soon.
Take it easy on contacting "support" over and over about the same issue....even that can get yous suspended.
Your funds are likely in a rolling reserve, it maybe 4 weeks after the sale before you actually get paid.
BTW..appears your account is already suspended as you have no active lsitings

Good Evening @Seller_RNTiJfZTRtayq, welcome to selling on Amazon and the Seller Forums! We are happy to have you here. 😊
I first wanted to highlight that just in case you updated or edit your deposit method recently:
"Whenever you add or change your bank account information, a three-day security hold goes into effect. Fund transfers cannot be initiated until the hold expires, including those from any settlement cycles that close during the hold period. We recommend that you do not update your bank account within three days of your next regularly scheduled disbursement to avoid any delays in payments."
Also if you updated any of your debit/credit cards:
If your credit or debit card has expired or has been declined, we will prompt you to enter new credit or debit card information before you can access your seller account. You can add a new credit or debit card or update an existing card. Any mismatch in your credit or debit card information may result in the card being declined. This might cause a delay in payment..
Lastly, I wanted to provide you with more information about Account Level Reserves.
What is account level reserve and where do you find it?
It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the account level reserve on your Payments report. If you have funds in reserves, it will appear in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report.
Common reasons for an account level reserve
- You are subject to delivery-date based reserves
- You have open A-to-z Guarantee claims
- One or more of your orders has received a chargeback
- Your seller performance has fallen below our benchmarks
- Your account is under review
- Local regulations require us to withhold income tax from you (varies by store)
Please let us know on this discussion if you have any additional questions about the information above. May the sales be with you and have a great rest of the week! ~ Cooper_Amazon
