SAFE T CLAIM DENIED

Customer returned an empty parcel as many do these days now.

I submitted a safe t claim with photos of the parcel and another of the empty box and I was denied with no explanation.

I requested three times now for the reason and still no answer..

Any advice fellow Sellers
