Does anyone know how to get proof of delivery for amazon shipping? Very urgent.
I have a shipment that I used Amazon shipping service for, but the customer said they didn't receive it, so I want proof of delivery.

If it was Royal Mail enter the QR code on the shipping label into the tracking your item field on the RM website. Not all are scanned though.
Going forward consider using a tracked service
