Changing SC Primary User
Everyone I've talked to at Amazon says there's no way and there never has been. I'm not exactly sure how, but I was set to be the Primary User on my company's Seller Central account 3 years ago, however this Seller Central account was created almost 15 years ago, way before I ever worked here. Someone else was set to be the Primary User before I was and that designation was changed to me, I just don't know how it happened. This tells me there's a path to do this but I'm getting stonewalled here. We definitely did not start a new account so can anyone provide a little more insight into this and possibly explain it? We need it changed to someone else but no one at Amazon is listening to me.

MAYBE that was possible years ago how you say, but today definitely not. The Primary User as well as his phone and email address can NOT be changed. That person has to create a new seller account, and of course he/she can sell the same ASINS like you (if that is the question).
