All stock showing as 'Unfulfillable' after reinstatement granted (MOD HELP)
I need assistance from moderators regarding an ongoing issue with my product listing. My product, the 15W E14 Scentsy Mini Light Bulb (Pack of 2) with ASIN B0D231KJNR and UPC/EAN 5060737931072, was initially approved and reinstated after providing all necessary documentation. This specialised incandescent bulb is exempt from the general incandescent ban due to its unique use in melting wax in infusers, a function that LED alternatives cannot effectively replicate. It is not subject to any recalls and meets all safety standards.
To ensure compliance, I submitted a letter of conformity certifying that our product adheres to all relevant regulations, and included images showing all mandatory markings. Despite this, I am now caught in a loop with the Seller Support specialist team who are again claiming that the item is prohibited. I am very frustrated and at a loss for what to do next.
