Brand approval application keeps getting rejected due to computer generated images but all my images are unaltered and taken with my phone.

Hi, i recently started the process of brand registry. I am currently on my fourth application (Case id: 10958201082), which has been rejected due to images being computer generated or altered. However, all my images are taken by phone and unaltered.

" I understand that you have contacted us regarding approval of your Brand Application KAF DESIGNS. I would like to help you in this situation.

We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s):

The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product that you intend to sell on Amazon. We ask that you submit at least one image of your product or product packaging as part of the application. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them.

You can use your phone’s camera to capture clear pictures of your product or its packaging. Note that Amazon does not consider a mock-up or digitally altered image of the product or product packaging (e.g. the brand name or logo digitally edited onto the product or packaging using photo manipulation software) as valid proof of intellectual property ownership. Therefore, any product image provided during Brand Registry enrolment must be an unaltered, genuine image of the product or its packaging. If an application is submitted with a mock-up or digitally altered image, the brand may be subjected to additional scrutiny during enrolment, and in some cases removal from the programme.

Before uploading your image, ensure that it is not blurry and clearly displays your brand’s name. The brand name on the product must be easily readable and match the exact trademark name on your application. "

I have tried emailing the images from my phone to my computer and sharing images through onedrive to avoid any alteration to the images' metadata. I have also avoided compressing the images. However, even after all these steps i get the same response from Amazon brand registry.

The previous 3 rejected case IDs are listed below:

10901290472

10878150332

10836082062

The recent 5 pictures i have used for the application have been attached below. I hope these pictures can be used to help guide me on what changes i need to make. The images are taken from my phone, some of which show me holding my product.

I understand that I need to reapply for brand approval, but I would greatly appriciate guidance on what changes I should make when uploading product images to ensure approval.
