I received the following email from Amazon
It says there that if I fulfill these conditions, I will get a 1000 cad loan.
1)Log into the ad console
2)Create a Sponsored Products campaign
3)Launch the campaign with "no end date" setting
I advertised and then I wrote to support. they asked me for a screenshot. They said that the date of the mail, my and amazon's e-mail address and the Terms and Conditions section should appear in the screenshot. But the date is at the top, Terms and Conditions at the bottom. Instead of showing both together, I sent several different screenshots and uploaded the email as a pdf.
They said they didn't see enough evidence
Why can't Amazon see the email it sent me? Why is there such a problem after giving me this right?
