I have been not receiving confirmation email and also notifications in seller account for 3 years

However, I would like to bring to your attention that I have already rescheduled the virtual identity verification several times, but I have not received any confirmation emails from the Amazon team. I believe that my primary email address has been removed from the seller account by (unknown customer) , screenshot of my account is attached for further clarification and please let me know who is (unknown customer) who has authority to remove my primary email from my seller account without my and Amazon team permission, which is why I have been unable to receive confirmation emails and missed the video verification process.

I have been applying for video verification for 3 years but still I am facing only formality replies so therefore I am requesting you kindly avoid formality replies and do something to resolve the issue.

I kindly request that you add my primary email address back to the seller account notification settings to ensure I receive the confirmation emails moving forward.

If the Amazon team is not able to resolve this issue then please release my withhold amount from my seller account to my bank account. I need this money for the bright future of my children.

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to resolving this issue as soon as possible.

This isn't the appeal department or seller support, we do work with them directly of course. However, due to account security protections, even we as Amazon employees cannot change your e-mail, bank or any other personal details.

I've looked at your account you are posting from on my end and it looks like you self-closed it. Once an account is closed, we cannot reopen it, but you can create a new one.

You can try contacting seller support directly to see if they are able to assist:
