Hello Everyone,

I am Doing business On Amazon.com with my non-resident LLC information. I have a Mailroom Address which is my LLC's registered address. and is verified on Amazon.com.

Now, I want to Move To Amazon UK using my US Non-Resident LLC information. I have Provided All the Required Information to Amazon UK and is successfully accepted.

but Amazon UK Asking for Address Verification and they are accepting only one of the below

-- A copy of a proof of address document showing the business name and address. We can accept any of the following documents if dated within the last 180 days:

--> A utility bill (gas, water, electricity, TV, Internet, mobile phone, or landline)

--> A bank statement (Documents issued by a financial services provider, other than a bank such as third-party providers or online digital banks, are not acceptable as proof of address)

--> A credit card statement or bill

--> A building society or credit union statement

--> A rent receipt from a local council or letting agent

I don't have any of These as I am not a US resident.

I can only verify my US-registered address if Amazon UK sends a verification Code to my Address so I will submit that code and will verify my address.

There have been numerous posts on here where sellers have had problems, where their address is a virtual one with many other businesses registered at the same address. I assume that is the equivalent of your mailroom address. The criteria may be different and acceptable in the US.

I would think you need to register your actual address in your home country, where you run the business from, for Amazon UK, then you can send correct and corresponding documents. There does seem to be huge problems with non-UK resident sellers getting suspended or banned from Amazon UK, where they are less than honest about where their business operates from. It seems from the posts that it is almost impossible to back-track and correct errors. It's best to be absolutely clear, transparent and accurate with anything submitted. Also that the information matches exactly with other data held elsewhere such as HMRC.

If you plan to send goods to Amazon UK for FBA, you need to be VAT registered with HMRC first. You don't have to be a resident to do that.
