refund on first scan
Hi, Im a little puzled on how this sysem is working, just lately ive had two refunds on first scan, done by amazon, both customers have stated item no longer needed, I thought under customer returns, if they changed their minds, or not now needed, they should pay their on return postage, as the actual item is not faulty or damaged,
If anyone could clarify this for me , i would be very much appreciated
thanks Dave

If the return reason was 'no longer needed' then the customer is supplied with a prepaid return label, for which you are charged.
However, the cost of the label should be deducted from their refund at the point of refund at first scan.
Note, this doesn't apply to categories like clothing and jewellery - where its free returns no matter what the reason.

Thanks for the great insight @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh.
Adding some help page information as reference in the hope this might be useful to some.
