BIL - What is SS saying?
I am based in UK and sell in USA. BIL (Build International Listings) was fine, but now the tarjet marketplace (USA) is not syncing with the source (UK). New listings or reviews don't appear in USA.
I've reached out to SS but they always give the same answer. Are they trying to tell me to disconnect USA on BIL, and then re-connect?

Hello @Seller_iSaQ1YZLh9y3p,
As I understand it, Seller Support asks you to restart the connection, however, this means that you need to delete the connection and reconnect your marketplace again.
Just please remind, as stated in this instruction :
" When selecting to delete all listings in the target country, only those offers connected to the source country will be deleted. Any other offers will remain unaffected."
Also, is it an issue with a few ASINs or every new listing that you upload?
You can also review Build International Listings Help Page , especially this part:
"Build International Listings does not:
Guarantee the creation of new product detail pages.
Synchronise offers for used products when there is a condition note.
Synchronise inventory in the following cases:
- FBA offers of connections between North American marketplaces – for example, the United States and Canada
- FBA and seller-fulfilled offers of connections between marketplaces in different regions – for example, North America and Japan
- FBA offers of connections between the UK and the European Union"
Keep us updated about your steps and the outcome.
Thank you,
Sakura
