Seller code of conduct (Accurate Information)
I’m new to Amazon selling. I don’t have a brand registered, and I’m not trying to sell any branded products that require authorization. The products I’m listing are generic, unbranded items that don’t violate any trademarks. However, I made some errors in the information when listing these products and requested a correction. Now, my account is at risk, and I’ve received a warning under “Seller Code of Conduct (Accurate Information).”
Despite submitting a Plan of Action in the appeal section, I keep receiving the same generic response. I’ve tried reaching out through the Account Health section, but I can’t get through to anyone; the responses I get through messages are also unhelpful. They are asking for either a brand registration document or a supplier agreement, but I don’t have these documents because my products are generic items that I bought from a wholesaler.
I’m really stuck and don’t know what to do next. My account is on the verge of being closed, and I desperately need help from someone who can understand my situation and guide me on what to do.
