How can I appeal account deactivation?

I just keep getting sent round in a loop. When I go through Help/ Select a Service/ Selling on Amazon/ Account Health/ Reactivate your account/ Get help with my appeal/ Select issue. All this does is create a case which is automatically closed a few seconds later with an e-mail saying "This e-mail address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal," followed by a load of useless and irrelevant links in the e-mail. Contacting seller support is impossible because my account is deactivated. There is no way out. Even these forum posts are ignored. What do I do? I have just sent £80 worth of listed items to Amazon via FBA, which I now feel they have stolen. Under the Reactivate Your Account button, it says Submission is Required, so I think the deactivation has something to do with needing more documentation for verification. Is this legal? Can Amazon just steal my items like this and get away with it?
