Importing parcel address to Hermes
Is anyone having problems importing parcel from amazon to hermes, address and customer name not loading. Any ideas.

I’m having the same problem, it started yesterday (16th Oct) and today it still isn’t fixed. I tried to contact them via web chat but it was ‘closed’ all day! I’ve had to copy and paste names, addresses etc manually into each order on the Hermes website. Not a happy bunny!

Having the same issue with MyHermes, UPS Today and Parcel2go websites. Tried to speak with someone at Amazon Friday about the name and address missing and after 15 minutes could still not get them to understand it is a Amazon issue as was told the name and address is in the invoice. Then told to contact Hermes and Parcle2go as its their problem.
Has anyone had any luck getting it sorted as just checked Hermes and still not showing all the info.

This is still happening and is clearly an Amazon problem as Ebay orders are loading fine.

I am having the same problem eBay orders are linking into Parcel2Go and Yodel with no issues but Amazon ones are just giving me the item and I have to go and search for it within all the orders. Not a massive issue when you have an handful of orders but coming in Monday morning to around 120 orders is a bit of a nightmare! 100% an Amazon issue that really needs to be sorted soon

I opened an account with Parcel2Go yesterday (24th October) and all orders imported fine and sent with Hermes. The Hermes site ‘import issue’ is still not working today (25th) so I suggest using Parcel2Go until it gets sorted.

I have also had issues importing to Hermes. To be honest it has never worked as well as the Ebay import and has regularly crashed. I have tried unlinking and relinking the accounts to no avail. I just managed to get through to Hermes on the webchat and they have promised to escalate the issue to the appropriate team. I anticipate some more weeks uploading manually. Perfect waste of time at the busiest time of the year! When they get back to me at least I can confirm it is not just me having the issue!
