Import of Russian goods in to the UK

I sell goods of Russian origin (Watercolour paints) through my Amazon storefront. These goods are imported into the UK and I am subject to 35% import duty on top of VAT to clear customs as the UK government has imposed this tariff on goods of Russian origin.

There is a competing seller of the same goods that is based in Spain and is shipping the goods to the UK for fulfillment by Amazon. I suspect that they are not declaring the goods are of Russian origin and therefore not paying the 35% import duty that the UK government is currently imposing on goods of Russian Origin. What can i do about this?
